Question - Does this product work well for losing weight?
Answer: If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question - Which one taste better strawberry or cookies and cream?
Answer: Cookies & Cream tastes better IMO. Strawberry is a tricky flavor to get right, apparently; I've only tasted a few brands that got it right.
Question:is it isolate ?
Answer: The formula is mostly Whey Protein Isolate and also includes some Ultra-Filtered Whey Concentrate.
Question:This protein has lot of Cholesterol; Is that good cholesterol (or) bad? 10% seems to be on the higher end. Please advise. ?
Answer: I don't believe 10 is high. however if you are a person with cholesterol issues and need to count how much you are taking in than It might be, considering what your overall diet is of course.
